Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an Assistant General Manager for Resort Operations to lead resort departments and uphold service standards. The role oversees Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Maintenance, driving operational excellence while coordinating with HR to manage talent.

Qualifications

• Proven strong leadership ability and people-management skills.
• Working knowledge of Housekeeping, Front Desk, Maintenance, F&B.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• 3–5 years of property, vacation ownership, or hotel management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of resort departments (Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance).
• Manage financial aspects: annual operating budgets, cost reductions, and expense analysis.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports with regional accounting; explain revenue/expense impacts.
• Ensure compliance with internal audits and HOA relationships.
