Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Resort Operations to support the General Manager in developing and executing resort operations while upholding Wyndham Vacation Ownership service standards.

You will oversee daily operations of Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance and ensure quality, safety and financial integrity. The role emphasizes cost management, audits, and strong collaboration with guests, associates, sales, vendors and board members.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and people-management abilities.
• Experience implementing resort operations and service standards.
• Knowledge of Housekeeping, Front Desk, Maintenance, and F&B operations.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• 3–5 years in property, vacation ownership, or hotel management.
• Familiarity with HOA standards and board meeting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute resort operations in alignment with company standards.
• Oversee daily operations of all resort departments, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and variance analysis with corporate accounting.
• Audit operations to ensure quality, safety, and loss-prevention standards.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit, coach and develop talent.
