Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property vacation ownership/hotel management experience.
• Hospitality certifications preferred (CMCA, CAM).
• Associates Governance preferred and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the resort, including all outlets and services.
• Conduct daily audits/inspections to meet company standards.
• Manage financials: monthly P&L, budgets, variances and forecasts.
• Engage HOA contracts and ensure they are vetted before implementation.
