Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a General Manager for Resort Operations to lead the resort’s day-to-day and strategic goals, ensuring service standards and financial stability.

You will manage guest and owner relationships, oversee outlets, and drive improvements while maintaining ethical leadership and compliance across departments. The role requires 3–5 years in vacation ownership or hotel management, with strong leadership and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property vacation ownership/hotel management experience required.
• Hospitality certifications preferred (CMCA, CAM).
• Knowledge of HOA documents, governing statutes, and board meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resort operations across departments and vendor relations.
• Maintain relationships with guests, owners, vendors, associates, and board members.
• Review monthly P&L, manage annual budgets, and ensure compliance with standards.
