Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an Assistant General Manager for Resort Operations to lead daily resort functions, from Guest Services to Housekeeping and Maintenance, while upholding service standards and strengthening guest relations.

You will partner with HR to coach staff, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvements. A strong leadership background in hospitality and HOA familiarity are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in property, vacation ownership, or hotel management.
• Experience managing multiple resort departments.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Knowledge of HOA standards and board procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of resort departments including Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Develop and execute resort operations in line with service standards.
• Identify process improvements and cost reductions.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and budgets.
• Lead and develop talent, coach and train staff.
• Ensure audits and compliance with internal and loss prevention standards.
