Job summary

Polynesian Resort is seeking a Resort Manager to oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold financial and service standards. You will lead department heads, ensure consistency across front and back-of-house, and implement strategies to improve performance and guest loyalty.

The role requires a hands-on, organized leader with strong communication, staff development, and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple departments and schedules, including peak periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operation of the resort.
• Coach and hold department heads and resort teams accountable.
• Maintain high standards for guest service, safety, and operational performance.
• Ensure guest experience is consistent from arrival to departure across departments.
• Address guest concerns and service recovery promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales and leadership teams to support occupancy and revenue.
