Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Resort Operations to oversee daily resort departments including Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance. You will manage financials, audits, and HOA relationships while driving operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years in property, vacation ownership, or hotel management, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Join a global team focused on exceptional travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven strong leadership ability.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management and disciplinary action.
• Working knowledge of Housekeeping, Front Desk, Maintenance, F&B operations.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of all resort departments (Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance).
• Manage financial aspects of the resort and analyze monthly P&L, budgets and variances.
• Ensure compliance with internal audits and HOA-related requirements.
• Build strong relationships with guests, associates, sales, vendors and board members.
