OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels is seeking a Director of Rooms to lead all facets of the rooms division, including Front Office and Housekeeping, while driving guest satisfaction and service excellence at our Honolulu resort.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences and guiding departmental teams toward strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in hotel or resort management, with a focus on rooms division.
• Proven leadership skills to motivate a diverse team.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the resort’s rooms operations, including Front Office and Housekeeping.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by monitoring daily operations and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop departmental teams, manage budgets and operational costs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives that support the resort’s long-term success.
