Job summary

Kona Village Resort, A Rosewood Resort in Hawaii, seeks a Front Desk Manager to oversee all front desk operations, guest services and staff performance, ensuring a superior guest experience. Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum two years’ experience as a Front Desk Agent, preferably in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel.
• Education: High school diploma; some college.
• General Skills: Accurate, calm under pressure, team oriented, able to follow procedures and protect guest data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies, procedures and standards.
• Ensure superior guest service and satisfaction.
• Lead, train and schedule Front Desk staff and coordinate with other departments.
• Oversee check-in/check-out processes and billing.
• Monitor room availability, arrivals, VIPs and group activities with accuracy.
• Ensure security of guest information and adherence to accounting policies.
