Job summary

Exclusive Resorts is seeking an Operations Manager responsible for the overall operation of the destination, including concierge, housekeeping and property management, to deliver an exceptional service experience for members.

You will supervise staff, manage vendor relations, budgeting, inventories, and monthly performance reports, and coordinate with the Corporate Office on standards, events, and member communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (hospitality preferred).
• Five to ten years of hospitality leadership experience, including managing a team and third-party vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concierge, housekeeping, and property management service delivery.
• Manage vendor relations, budgets, inventories, and monthly reports.
• Lead onboarding, performance evaluations, and training of onsite staff.
• Coordinate with Exclusive Resorts corporate office and partner clubs.
• Ensure service standards and high member satisfaction.
• Conduct weekly walkthroughs with vendors and manage punch lists.
