The Assistant General Manager for Resort Operations oversees daily operations of all resort departments, including Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance, and works with the General Manager to maintain high guest satisfaction and solid financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven strong leadership ability.
• Demonstrate understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management and disciplinary action.
• Working Knowledge of Housekeeping, Front Desk, Maintenance, F&B departments.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
• 3-5 years of property, vacation ownership, or hotel management experience required with mixed discipline.
• Exhibit working knowledge of HOA standards and board procedures.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of all resort departments (Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance).
• Identify process improvements and best practices to meet quality and financial goals.
• Coach, train, and retain talent; partner with HR to manage employee relations.
• Manage and support financial aspects of the resort; formulate annual operating budgets.
• Review monthly P&L with regional/corporate accounting and ensure audit compliance.
