Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Resort Operations to oversee daily resort departments such as Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Maintenance, ensuring top-tier guest experiences.

You will partner with the General Manager on strategic budgeting, financial reporting, and audits, while coaching teams to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards across the property.

Qualifications

• Proven strong leadership ability.
• Experience in property, vacation ownership, or hotel management.
• Knowledge of HOA regulations and board procedures.
• Working knowledge of housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, and F&B practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of resort departments including Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance.
• Manage financial aspects of the resort and annual operating budget.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and HOA relations.
• Identify process improvements and lead talent development initiatives.
