You will bridge strategic vision with daily execution, mentor department heads, and collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with seasonal events, all while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct all daily resort operations across housekeeping, front office, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and drive repeat business.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement for quality and cost efficiency.
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally to foster loyalty.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales to align operations with campaigns and seasonal events.
