Qualifications

• Five–ten years hospitality experience required.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversees concierge, housekeeping, and maintenance staff to meet service standards.
• Manages destination operations across multiple properties and partners.
• Oversees budgets, inventories, and monthly reports.
• Responds promptly to member requests and coordinates with corporate office.
• Ensures vendor performance and maintains relationships with third-party vendors.
• Leads training, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews for on-site staff.
• Supports real estate turnover and onboarding of new destinations.
