Job summary

Renault Winery Resort is seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Operations to lead day-to-day resort operations across the property, drive guest satisfaction, and maximize profitability.

As a member of the executive team, you will mentor department leaders, manage budgets and labor, and implement process improvements to elevate service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 10+ years progressive operations leadership experience in hospitality, resort, hotel, or destination properties.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple operational departments.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and operational planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for resort operational departments.
• Drive operational efficiency, service excellence, and guest satisfaction across the property.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and management teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, labor planning, and operational performance metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
• Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives and support business growth.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement solutions that improve the overall guest experience.
