Job summary

NDM Hospitality Services seeks a Resort General Manager to lead all aspects of operations, guest experiences, and strategic growth. The role focuses on developing leadership teams, managing owner and investor relationships, and driving EBITDA and asset value across the resort.

Ideal candidates will have a track record of hospitality leadership, strategic planning, and a people-first culture that aligns with the company’s Win From Within philosophy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required.
• Experience leading large-scale resort or hospitality operations.
• Proven ability to develop senior leadership and manage owner/investor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the visible leader and ambassador of the Resort, setting the tone for excellence, professionalism, accountability, and hospitality.
• Drive and reinforce the NDM Hospitality culture throughout the organization, ensuring every department meets service standards.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain exceptional Department Heads and future leaders.
• Establish leadership development plans, performance metrics, and coaching programs for all resort leadership positions.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with Owners, Investors, Members, and partners.
• Maintain full accountability for resort profitability, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and performance.
