• Oversees compliance with laws and regulations across departments.
• Supports development and execution of annual operating budget and capital projects.
• Leads in establishing schedules, milestones, and corrective actions to meet budget and objectives.
• Promotes staff development, coaching, and effective communication in a culturally diverse environment.
