• Maintain guest-ready standards and address guest concerns promptly.
• Oversee housekeeping, inventory, vendor relationships, and daily operations.
• Promote sales and marketing initiatives to boost occupancy.
• Cover shifts as needed to ensure operational continuity.
• Follow emergency procedures and ensure property and guest security.
