Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an Assistant General Manager for Resort Operations to lead and coordinate multiple departments, ensuring guest satisfaction and service standards across housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.

You will partner with HR on staffing, implement process improvements, and help drive the resort’s annual budget and financial performance. The role requires strong leadership, operations know-how, and experience in hospitality management.

Qualifications

• Proven strong leadership ability.
• Working knowledge of Housekeeping, Front Desk, Maintenance, and F&B.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• 3-5 years of property, vacation ownership, or hotel management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of all resort departments including Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Manage various financial aspects and review monthly reports with stakeholders.
• Ensure audits, standards, and loss-prevention procedures are followed.
• Develop and execute resort operational strategies in alignment with goals.
