Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager to serve as a key liaison for guests and a right hand to the General Manager, while supporting Front Office operations and other departments. This hands-on leadership role will drive guest service quality and operational efficiency across the hotel.

In addition to managing daily activities, you will mentor staff, uphold brand standards, and collaborate with department managers to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hotel operations with leadership experience.
• Experience with a major hotel brand is a plus.
• Strong service orientation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and staff scheduling.
• Lead front desk, housekeeping, F&B and other departments.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and safety compliance.
• Manage vendor invoices and accounts payable.
