Job summary

Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead hotel operations in the absence of the General Manager. You will guide the team, ensure service standards, and drive occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hotel leadership experience including front desk and back-of-house operations.
• Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of PMS systems.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and assist General Manager; attend and lead staff huddles.
• Post checks in PMS and manage labor tracking and payment reports.
• Maintain guest readiness and address guest concerns to uphold service standards.
• Oversee housekeeping assignments and room inspections with GM.
• Coordinate inventory, vendor relationships, and overall property operations.
• Lead in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy.
