Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Rooms Manager to lead the daily operation of the resort Housekeeping and Guest Services teams. You will manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and guest accounts to maximize occupancy and satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining cost controls, auditing processes, and coordinating with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve financial goals for the property.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills, able to coach, mentor, and train staff.
• Strategic thinking to optimize staffing, scheduling and guest experience.
• 2 to 5 years of hotel/resort experience.
• Excellent communication skills across departments and with guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of housekeeping and guest services.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budgets to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining standards and coordinating with other departments.
• Train staff and develop associates to meet ROPs/DOPs standards.
