Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a skilled General Manager to lead resort operations, guide day-to-day staff management, and act as an ambassador for the brand. The GM will partner with Owners and Board Members to optimize profitability and guest satisfaction across all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and safety.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, budget oversight, and ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards, with occasional travel for offsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience as General Manager or Assistant GM preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong leadership; ability to manage, direct and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the operations functions of the Resort.
• Processing and submitting payroll to Human Resources.
• Leading departments and ensuring guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Managing annual operating budget, marketing plan, and capital budget.
