Job summary

The Multi-Functional Resort Associate role at Travel + Leisure Co. supports several resort operations to deliver Hospitality with Heart for owners, guests and associates. It blends Guest Services, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Operator duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will assist with check-ins, reservations, unit cleaning, beverage service, switchboard tasks, and light maintenance and laundry as needed, contributing to a welcoming, organized resort experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guest Services: check-in/out, phone handling, reservations
• Housekeeping: cleaning units, restocking, sanitation
• Food & Beverage: take orders, serve drinks, maintain areas
• Operator/PBX: switchboard, intercom, messages
• Maintenance & Laundry: basic repairs, room make-ready, laundry operations
