Job summary

Great Wolf in Mason, OH is seeking a Night Auditor to provide nightly front desk support and ensure daily front office accounting records balance. You will welcome guests, register rooms, handle payments, and assist with concierge duties while maintaining accuracy of transactions.

The role requires basic math skills, flexibility in scheduling, and prior customer service experience. OPERA familiarity is a plus; benefits include health insurance, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Flexible schedule as needed.
• Experience in customer service.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests.
• Registers guests by obtaining room requirements, confirming pre-registration, assigning rooms, obtaining info and signatures, issuing keys.
• Establishes credit by verifying cards or obtaining cash.
• Directs guests to rooms and conveys information through messages, mail, etc.
• Provides concierge duties with resort and service information.
• Maintains records by entering room and guest account data.
• Collects revenue by entering services and charges and obtaining payment.
• Makes reservations and checks availability.
• Ensures operating systems balance nightly; processes balances in PI accounts.
