Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, etc.).
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Criminal background check and drug screen completed.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests by greeting and assisting at the Front Desk.
• Registers guests, confirms room requirements, and issues keys.
• Verifies payments and balances nightly revenue.
• Directs guests to rooms and conveys information.
• Provides concierge services and handles guest inquiries.
• Maintains guest records and processes reservations and charges.
• Ensures credit card processing accuracy and nightly balance checks.
• Prints and distributes reports for management.
