Great Wolf Lodge in Perryville, MD is seeking a Night Auditor to provide overnight Front Desk support and ensure daily front office accounting accuracy.

The role combines guest service with nightly financial reconciliations, using Micros and OPERA systems to balance accounts and log activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Must be flexible regarding schedule based on business demands.
• Prior experience demonstrating strong customer service.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests by greeting, answering questions, and responding to requests.
• Registers guests by confirming room requirements, pre-registration, assigning rooms, obtaining signatures, and issuing keys.
• Establishes credit by verifying credit cards or obtaining cash.
• Directs guests to rooms by showing location on resort map.
• Provides concierge duties and assists with resort services, entertainment, shopping, business, and travel.
• Maintains records by entering room and guest account data; processes charges.
• Batches credit cards and gift cards; balances nightly; verifies systems balance (Micros/OPERA).
