Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent education/experience).
• Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).
• Must be flexible regarding schedule, based on business demands.
• Previous experience demonstrating strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests.
• Registers guests by obtaining room requirements, verifying pre-registration, assigning rooms, obtaining information and signatures, issuing keys.
• Establishes credit by verifying cards or obtaining cash and processing payments.
• Directs guests to rooms and conveys information about resort and services.
