Great Wolf Lodge in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Night Auditor to provide nightly Front Desk support and ensure front office accounting records balance daily. The role includes welcoming guests, registering stays, handling payments, and performing night audits.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong math and customer service skills, and flexibility with schedules. Prior experience and background checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent education/experience).
• Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).
• Must be flexible regarding schedule, based on business demands.
• Previous experience demonstrating strong customer service.
• Successful completions of a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests.
• Registers guests by obtaining or confirming room requirements, verifying pre-registration, assigning rooms, obtaining information and signatures, issuing guest room keys.
• Establishes credit by verifying credit cards or obtaining cash.
• Directs guests to rooms by showing location on resort map.
• Provides concierge duties to guests regarding resort services, entertainment, shopping, business, and travel.
• Maintains records by entering room and guest account data.
• Batches credit cards and gift cards; researches nightly variances.
