• Strong math skills for nightly balancing.
• Flexible schedule based on business demands.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with questions at front desk.
• Register guests and confirm room requirements and signatures.
• Balance nightly front desk transactions and close accounts.
• Direct guests and provide concierge services for resort activities.
• Prepare and distribute nightly reports to management.
• Assist accounting with researching any out-of-balance amounts.
