Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Mason, OH is seeking a Night Auditor to provide nightly front desk support and ensure front office accounting records balance each day.

The role involves greeting guests, registering rooms, processing payments, and coordinating with housekeeping and security. This position offers competitive pay of $16.25/hour plus benefits, with opportunities for growth and training through Great Wolf University.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong basic math skills
• Flexible schedule based on business demands
• Previous customer service experience
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests
• Registers guests by obtaining or confirming room requirements, verifying pre-registration, assigning rooms, obtaining information and signatures, issuing guest room keys
• Establishes credit by verifying credit cards or obtaining cash
• Directs guests to rooms by showing location on resort map
• Conveys information to guests by receiving and transmitting messages, mail, facsimiles, packages
• Provides concierge duties to guests regarding resort services
• Maintains records by entering room and guest account data
• Collects revenue by entering services and charges, computing bills, obtaining payment
• Makes reservations and coordinates with security for departures
• Organizes credit card receipts and balances nightly
