Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, assist with reservations, and guide them from registration to checkout across resort locations.

You will provide information about the resort and local attractions, issue keys, and handle cash/credit transactions with accuracy. The role requires a professional appearance, excellent English communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through registration, from check-in to checkout.
• Issue unit keys and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges and credits in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes and respond to inquiries promptly.
