Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests and guide them from registration to checkout. You will provide resort information, quote room rates, and help confirm reservations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, balancing cash, and responding promptly to guest inquiries to maintain high satisfaction in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through the registration process and issue unit keys.
• Provide information about the resort and nearby attractions; quote room rates and confirm reservations.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges/credits in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
