Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to read, write, and understand information clearly.
Strong numerical accuracy for cash handling and basic accounting procedures.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong organization.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome from registration to checkout.
Guide guests through registration, issue keys, and provide resort information and attractions.
Balance cash receipts and process transactions following established procedures.
Respond to guest inquiries and concerns quickly and thoroughly, ensuring satisfaction.
Provide room rate quotes and assist with reservations for individuals or groups.
Maintain accurate guest folios and verify charges upon checkout.
