Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in the United States is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, assist with registration through checkout, and share information about the resort and local attractions.

You will handle cash and card transactions, issue unit keys, balance receipts, and confirm reservations with care, ensuring accuracy on every guest folio. A friendly attitude, excellent English communication, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests from around the world with a warm greeting and assist from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete cashier/money handling responsibilities.
• Complete all check-out procedures and verify charges/credits on guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and thoroughly.
