You will handle room rate quotes, reservations, and guest inquiries with a focus on accuracy and friendly service. The role requires strong English communication, basic math for cash handling, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Balance cash, perform bucket checks, and manage folios.
• Record and verify charges during checkout and manage reservations.
