Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, assist at registration and checkout, and provide information about the resort and local attractions.

You will handle room rate quotes, reservations for individuals or groups, and cash/credit transactions with accuracy and care in a fast-paced environment. Excellent English communication and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math and cash handling knowledge.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and office skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist during registration and checkout.
• Provide room rate quotes and information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete money handling responsibilities.
• Complete all check-out procedures and verify charges and credits in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
