As a Guest Services Associate you will warmly welcome guests, guide them through registration, issue keys, and share information about resort amenities and local attractions. You’ll handle cash/credit transactions, balance receipts, and assist with reservations and rate quotes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance and a positive, can‑do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide warm welcomes from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete cashier/money handling responsibilities.
• Complete all check-out procedures and verify charges/credits in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups; provide room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and thoroughly.
