Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests and ensure a smooth registration to checkout experience at our resort properties.

You will guide guests, handle reservations, process transactions, and provide information about local attractions while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication in English and a professional appearance are essential, along with basic math and cash handling skills.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in reading, writing and understanding English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional check-in and checkout experience.
• Guide guests through registration, issue keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform routine money handling procedures.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges/credits in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups; provide room rate quotes.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
