As a Guest Services Associate, you will warmly welcome guests, assist with registrations and room quotes, and provide information about the resort and area attractions. You will process transactions, balance cash, and handle check-out procedures while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for reservations and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them from registration to checkout.
• Explain resort features and nearby attractions, and provide room rate quotes.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete cashier duties.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges for guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Respond to guest inquiries quickly and accurately.
