Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, assist with registrations and checkout, and provide information about the resort and local area attractions.

You will quote room rates, handle transactions, and support guests throughout their stay in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills in English, a professional appearance, and the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math and cash handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, courteous service from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through the registration process and provide room rate quotes.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform basic cashier duties.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Respond to guest inquiries quickly and accurately.
