Travel + Leisure Co. is the world’s leading vacation ownership and travel membership company. We are seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, assist with registration through checkout, and provide information about the resort and local attractions.

You will handle cash and card transactions, issue keys, balance receipts, and respond promptly to guest inquiries, ensuring memorable stays for guests from around the world.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent English communication skills (read, write, understand).
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math and cash handling knowledge.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcomes and guest information from check-in to checkout.
• Guide guests through registration, issue keys, and share local attractions.
• Process cash and card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform money-handling duties.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges in folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide room rate quotes and respond quickly to inquiries.
