Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to deliver warm welcomes, assist guests from registration to checkout, and help guests with information about the resort and local attractions.

In this role you will process transactions, issue keys, balance cash, verify charges, and support late arrivals with accurate reports while maintaining a friendly, efficient service standard.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly from check-in to checkout.
• Guide registration, issue unit keys, provide resort information.
• Process cash and credit card transactions per procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges in folios.
• Confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Restock front desk supplies and log counts.
• Prepare arrival/departure reports and after-hours packets.
