Responsibilities include cash handling, using Yardi for move-ins/move-outs, and assisting with communications and events. Strong customer service, phone etiquette, and computer skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years in administrative experience required.
• 6 months in property management/reservation systems preferred.
• 6 months in hotel or resort front desk experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Excellent telephone skills required.
• Good problem solving skills required.
• Professional appearance required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, internet and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and establish rapport with guests and residents.
• Maintain petty cash fund and record expenditures.
• Answer phones, type, photocopy, fax, file and perform other admin duties.
• Process resident payments and move-ins/outs in Yardi; issue receipts.
• Prepare and distribute resort communications and notices.
• Assist with guest reservations in person and by phone.
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and order supplies as needed.
• Plan and coordinate guest and resident events and activities.
• Assist with preparing marketing materials and collecting payments.
• Refer sales prospects and enter prospect data into systems.
