Job summary

Sun Outdoors is seeking a part-time Guest Services Coordinator to support resort operations in Bushnell, FL. You will handle guest communications, reservations, and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth guest experience and accurate records.

The role requires strong phone etiquette, basic accounting, and proficiency with MS Office and relevant reservation systems. A valid driver’s license and professional appearance are essential for daily duties at the resort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience.
• 6 months using property management and/or reservation systems preferred.
• 6 months in hotel or resort front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone skills and professional appearance.
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and establish rapport with current and prospective residents.
• Handle petty cash and record expenditures accurately.
• Perform general administrative tasks (phones, typing, filing, etc.).
• Process deposits, rent, fees, and other charges in the system with receipts.
• Assist with guest reservations in person and by phone.
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate events and communications.
• Support resort marketing materials and collect/route feedback from guests.
• Process move-ins/move-outs and maintain resort records and reports.
