Job summary

Sun Outdoors in Naples, FL is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to handle routine resort office work and coordinate with the RV Resort Manager and team to support residents and guests.

You will assist with reservations, payments, records, communications, and events, while maintaining professional appearance, strong telephone skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience required.
• Experience with property management/reservation systems preferred.
• Hotel or resort front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone skills; professional appearance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and establish rapport with residents and visitors.
• Handle reservations in person and by phone.
• Manage petty cash and post transactions.
• Answer phones, file, and perform general admin duties.
• Process payments, move-ins/outs, and maintain records.
• Coordinate resident relations events and communications.
