Sun Communities is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator at Sun Outdoors Lake Travis in Austin, TX. The role supports the RV Resort Manager with office tasks and guest relations, ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will handle reservations, billing in Yardi, and communications, while coordinating events and maintaining records. A friendly, professional appearance and strong office skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of administrative experience is required.
• 6 months in property management or reservation systems is preferred.
• 6 months in hotel or resort front desk experience is preferred.
• Excellent telephone skills are required.
• Professional appearance expected.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, internet and data entry.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and establish rapport; relay comments to the RV Resort Manager (Essential).
• Maintain petty cash and record expenditures in the proper accounts (Essential).
• Perform general administrative tasks: phones, typing, photocopying, filing, etc. (Essential).
• Process deposits, fees, rent, inspections, applications in Yardi; issue receipts (Essential).
• Prepare and distribute resort communications: rule reminders, notices, newsletters.
• Assist with accepting guest reservations in person and by phone.
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and order supplies as needed.
• Assist with planning guest and resident events and activities at the resort.
• Assist with preparation of marketing materials.
• Make collection calls for site rent payments and submit bad debt files.
• Process move-ins and move-outs; maintain resort records and files.
• Refer sales prospects to RV Resort Manager or Sales Manager; enter data in system.
• Obtain approvals on resident applications; track approvals/denials.
• Assist prospective residents by checking Sun Homes inventory and rental listings.
• Review and code invoices and other payables; submit for approval.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Check guests in/out for reservations.
• Greet guests/RES; field comments to leadership.
