Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a General Manager for Resort Operations in Bend, Oregon to lead guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, and F&B.

You will drive the resort's performance and uphold service standards while building strong relationships with owners, guests, vendors, and associates. You will be responsible for the financial health of the resort, including P&L management, budgeting, audits, and compliance, while mentoring a diverse team and promoting an ethical, guest-centered

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property vacation ownership/hotel management experience required.
• Working knowledge of hospitality departments: Guest Services, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage.
• Hospitality certifications preferred (CMCA, CAM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational departments and vendor operations; ensure site meets standards through audits.
• Maintain positive relationships with guests, owners, associates, vendors, and board members; uphold ethics and integrity.
• Manage financials: review monthly P&L, forecast budgets, analyze variances.
• Motivate and develop talent; lead change and drive continuous improvement.
