Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Resort Operations to support the General Manager in delivering exceptional resort performance and guest experiences.

You will lead multiple departments, build budgets, and drive operational excellence while upholding service standards. You will partner with HR to coach and retain talent, implement process improvements, and ensure audits and financial reviews align with strategic goals across the property.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of property, vacation ownership, or hotel management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities.
• Familiarity with HOA standards and board meeting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily resort operations across Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Manage financial aspects, budgets, and monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality, internal, and loss prevention standards.
• Audit operations and contracts to maintain service levels and costs.
• Foster positive relationships with guests, associates, vendors and board members.
