• Proven ability to lead, inspire and motivate hospitality and operations teams.
• Flexible schedule, strong organizational, detail-oriented and follow-through.
• Excellent communication, listening, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to lead and be a team member; communicate with all levels.
• Availability for varied schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with all departments to deliver the Tetherow guest experience.
• Work with leadership to maximize utilization and rate in lodges and event pavilion.
• Ensure seamless guest service from check-in to check-out for hotel and vacation rentals.
• Build and maintain relationships with department leaders and vendors.
• Lead marketing and upselling to boost occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor sales to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities to increase profits and drive change.
• Communicate with management to keep operations informed.
• Develop and retain direct-report teams in guest services, housekeeping, sales, and maintenance.
• Lead projects suggested by the Executive Board and refine programs.
• Evaluate front-of-house operations for efficiencies; maintain lodging infrastructure.
• Enforce policies; ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Engage vacation home owners and liaise with Membership for engagement programs.
